I love a good bar, from the lighting to the glassware, the decor, the music, the vibe.  All the small details are what draws me in. Nothing is more relaxing to me than hanging out at a quaint bar drinking like a local.  I’m pretty sure I inherited this from John, my Grandfather a hardworking painter who enjoyed a cold beer in his local bar from time to time.      

 

 This project has been the culmination of over a decade of traveling and many late nights slinging drinks around the world. I have seen how people live (and drink) in Vietnam, Turkey, Australia, France, India, Thailand, Colombia, and Morocco. I’ve filled up 2 passports and I’ve only scraped the surface.

I have developed a discerning taste and style that you will be able to experience with our services. The design, the smells, the flavors, the sounds, and the people have all shaped my vision for entertaining. I can custom tailor a drink menu that will perfectly match the style of your event.  I have vast experience and training in hospitality, party planning, wine, beer, sake, and spirits. I have been in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and have assembled a team of seasoned professionals who will exceed your expectations and deliver a memorable and seamless experience for you and your guests.   Allow me to bring my experiences to your special event.
